First it was CD re-writers, then MP3s and now streaming services. Unless you're hip enough to collect vinyl, we only ever see the album art in a tiny thumbnail image on our phone screen.

My 'Pixels: The Albums' collection is here to resurrect those iconic and truly loved album artworks of both past and present. The artworks challenge the notion of nostalgia with a blurred recreation of the original sleeve, using 625 individually painted coloured wooden dots. This distortion of something instantly recognisable is a commentary on the sad and slow passing of something that was once a huge and integral part of music.
